Booster shots are open for 50+ as of December 13th. 168 days from your second dose.

We have Moderna vaccine, please book for booster dose if it is been 84 days from second shot

Booster is available for anyone 12-17 years old if 168 days have passed since your 2nd dose. 

We do have Pfizer vaccine for booster, 1st or 2nd shot , priority 12-29 years old pls. Print the form and book your appointment.

Second booster shots (4th doses) are available for anyone 60+. Please call first to confirm availability of vaccine 519-236-7577.
